Problems, nursing with big breasts?

I carry about size, that 38-40 H and my breasts were a 42DDD, after it had born my first child. However, I nursed her/it/them had difficulties. MeistensMeistens pumped I with first, and that became verrückt, my milk began to decrease at the end. Many nurses expressed this less for itself never on my breast size, that is the source of the difficulty for my daughter, in order to work as a nurse, I continued and was a while to breast feed for it capable, 3 months, before my daughter had problems with reflux, and not getting of enough Hirschkühe-Milch... I thinks. I am not really sure, but it became schön unwieldy, and I didn\'t have any appropriate help.
Anyway. I will nurse again, or it tries at least, but I wonder, whether still I größere breasts more of a problem has caused. ICH\'m, that think it, become likely, and I am almost tried, only f, to pump ür a few weeks and telephone call, that it gives up. Any mommies from there as well großen boobs, that want to give me advice or encouragement? If you normal große boobs have and want only one platform, so that, Don, to brag, \'t... I has with everything of my adult and preteen, lives bigger than average boobs distributed, therefore I want to feel no really more dysfunctional over it, as I spare do. Thanks.

Additional details

I spoke with a certified nursing specialist, and I used a nursing pillow. My daughter had because of the Größe difficulties and kept it in her/its/their mouth in the right position.

it has be i a 38 DD with bigger breasts more difficult, but it can be done! if seen the LC i with my son, she/it said, thereß it difficult, but only relaxing can be, she/it beat also a nursing pillow his/its easier before the way to control your boob! but Glück i white, how hard it is i-Filz like i, was, gonna suffocates my son, that he/it was preemie, so that my boobs were the size of his/its head twice!

Yep, my boob was the size of the Mtöchter-Kopfes twice and now there I bigger is, it is more like 4 xs. Not many people have gigantic Bauernbrüste, to occupy itself/themselves with it, while they nurse. She/it could hardly keep the nipple in her/its/their mouth, as I was a DDD, I now am one MR., das\'s likes 6 Größen bigger. Lächerlich.

from Jill P, I don\'t have any unusually big breasts, but I found that it was more difficult to work as a nurse as I was become saturated, very much, so it does, you sense to me that it would be more difficult with big breasts. I würde proposes to meet me with it one certified, lactation advisor found out, that you tops and suggestions as well as encouragment, much work can give, and delivery works well middle as a nurse, but, to help nurse women, is not trained, if it becomes difficult.
