Problems, nursing with big breasts?

I carry about size, that 38-40 H and my breasts were a 42DDD, after it had born my first child. However, I nursed her/it/them had difficulties. MeistensMeistens pumped I with first, and that became verrückt, my milk began to decrease at the end. Yes gave it some other questions as I mentioned previously like reflux, but that is different.
O.K. so maybe is I a particular case, BUT I never felt, you let down, I never was become saturated, I nursed at the clock and pumped a quantity, the problem seemed to be that my baby could not keep her/its/their tiny mouth on the nipple in the right position in order to constantly get milk and it, the current seemed to decrease further with pumping. I talked to a nursing specialist, and I placed to bf für as it away, you yearn as me, could, but with reflux, as I mentioned originally, obviously became it, that the bottles worked better, and the formula helps her/it/them also a quantity.

I have very big breasts and probably become go this to F in a 38 E-Tassen during pregnant, as they did with my first daughter, and I didn\'t have any problem care. Trust me, I weiß, it is what for a pain to have big breasts, always has I and they were the size of the basketballs literally after they had given birth. Glück!!!

Well, I have tiny boobs through hh. But, my as my cousin her/its/their Söhne had, she/it finished about the same size as you, I believe a 42H and they it always had problems with her/its/their bigger breasts. She/it didn\'t nurse some months long with any problems, that ever she/it erwähnte, her/its/their two sons. They it, that still does her/its/their second son, that was born in February, as a nurse, and yes, her/its/their Brüste was this time around bigger. If you difficulties hätten, it probably was because of some other, and I don\'t see any reason why troubles you shouldn\'t with your second itself.
